If a card is purchased through a franchisee, support and service are the responsibility of that franchisee.
If a franchisee is unresponsive, you may escalate the issue by contacting the admin via email with full details.
Cards not paid for within 7–10 days of creation may be removed from our server and permanently deleted.
All content (text, images, videos, links) uploaded to a business card is the sole responsibility of the cardholder. We are not liable for any copyright or legal issues. Please contact the cardholder first. If they are unresponsive, share a screenshot with us for assistance.
